My interest in business was awakened at an early age: I grew up in an entrepreneurial household - my grandfather and later my father ran a medium-sized company in the printing industry. This environment shaped my understanding of entrepreneurial thinking and behaviour from the ground up. It taught me how closely entrepreneurial success is linked to responsible leadership, a clear focus and the ability to constantly innovate. As a graduate in business administration, I have gained sound experience in the world of finance. This economic foundation and a systemic, entrepreneurial perspective still characterise my approach to supporting change processes today. Since 2008, my focus has been on personnel and organisational development, particularly in dynamic, often international contexts - both independently and in collaboration with renowned management consultancies. My focus is on the effective development of people, management teams and structures.
